Orders and Shipping
Our storefront is located at 1303 Jamestown Rd, Suite 119, Williamsburg, VA 23185, and our online shop ships nationwide. Whether you're local or stitching from across the country, we're glad you're here.
We ship faster than most...it's one of our top priorities! Orders are processed quickly, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
At this time we ship within the continental United States. If you have questions about a specific location, feel free to reach out and we'll see what we can do.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!
Products and Services
Yes, and it's one of our favorite things to do. If you have a canvas and need help choosing threads, choose the option to kit your canvas before you add to cart, and we'll put together a kit tailored to your project.

It depends on your mesh count and the finish you're after. Wool is most durable, silk provides a bit of sheen, silk/wool blends give you a little of both, and specialty threads can give your piece a little something extra. Not sure? Send us a photo of your canvas and we'll point you in the right direction. Learn more about threads here!
In many cases, yes. We work hard to track down canvases that are hard to find. Please sign up for restock notifications from that canvas's product page.
Yes. We carry needles, scissors, stretcher bars, project bags, and other accessories to keep your stitching setup complete. Browse our full shop to see what's in stock.

We do! From weekly stitch nights to special events and retreats, there's always something happening in our community. Check our classes or our Instagram to see what's coming up.
We always recommend that you start with a canvas that excites you! From there, visit our Beginner's Guide for help with mesh sizes, thread types, and tools. And of course, we're always an email or phone call away.
Absolutely! Stitch night is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Come as you are, bring your project or find a new one in the shop, and join us at the table!
